The FV-210/150-ZO-TD zero gap series weld seam tracking system is a set of visual/laser composite sensors and supporting software systems designed for tight assembly of workpieces such as laser welding, TIG, plasma, and friction stir welding, without assembly gaps, high and low pressure differences, etc.
In addition to the positioning and real-time tracking functions of standard line laser weld seam tracking transmission, FV-210/150-ZO also integrates high-power fill light source and high-resolution 2D camera, which not only stably identifies "0" gap welds, but also accurately identifies welds and welding points on workpieces.
