Our Service
We conduct pre-sales project evaluation (the technical department will confirm whether the project is feasible based on the customer's robot brand, workpiece situation, etc., and then the sales department will provide specific selection for the user). After completing the above steps, both parties will confirm the contract in detail (quotation, payment method, payment situation, other expenses, etc.) and sign the contract.
During the sales phase, after the contract is signed, the warehouse and production will confirm the project list and start stocking. After completing the stocking preparation, the accounts receivable will be confirmed and the warehouse will arrange for shipment.
The after-sales stage consists of two parts: Project delivery and customer follow-up.
